If you are Unable to respond email , or simply wish to respond to any email that shows up to your mailbox with a professional greeting, you can add an auto-responder.
1.login with your e-mail address and password at your cloud email portal
2.Click “settings” on the Upper-right of the screen, then click “email accounts” on the left menu. You will see a tab that reads “Auto Responder”.
3.Check the box that says “enable autoresponder”, Enter the subject line of the reply e-mail and a message to the user in the Body of the form, click Save.
